Helen Aguilar was born and raised locally, and graduated from Huntington College with her AA degree in dental technology in 1989. Helen monitors the progress of each dental restoration in the laboratory assuring quality control in a timely manner. Her expertise in the fabrication of dies and casts from impressions and the fabrication of wax patterns from gold crwon castings has been a valuable addition to our dental laboratory staff.
In her recreation time, Helen enjoys gardening. Her hobby of painting has led to work at the local art festivals and her seamstress hobby has bcome charity work to obtain clothing for the Casa de Cuna orphanage in Mexico.

Ronnie Kiyohara joined our office in 1985 as an expert in the fabrication of dental gold restorations. He received his training from UCLA Dental Technology extension courses, graduating in 1968.
Ronnie is a native of Los Anglees. In his recreational time, Ronnie enjoys skeet shooting, tennis, bowling, and auto mechanics.
With over 30 years of experience, Ronnie provides us with truly outstanding support in the fabrication of gold crowns, inlays and gold frameworks for porcelain crowns and bridges. Through continuing education and years of experience, Ron has become one of the premiere technicians in the relatively new field of laboratory procedures for dental implants.

Dental Technician / Ceramist |

Gary Oden was born in Hollywood, moving to Fountain Valley in 1965. After graduating from La Quinta High School, he entered the Orange Coast College Dental Technology Program in 1968. In 1969, Gary was drafted into the U.S. Army Infantry and served with the 25th Infantry Division in South Vietnam from January to November, 1970. After an Honorable Discharge, he returned to school to complete his Dental Technology education.
Gary worked for commercial dental laboratories in Orange County from 1971 until 1980, becoming the Lead Ceramist at one of the largest dental laboratories in the country. In 1980, Gary started his own dental laboratory which he continues to manage in addition to the time he is with our office. We are fortunate to have Gary, with his 30 plus years of experience and knowledge, in our dental laboratory.
Gary, and his wife of 26 years, have two children age 17 and 13. The family enjoys boating and water skiing at Lake Mead. They are members of Calvery Chapel in Costa Mesa where the children attend school. Gary also enjoys playing guitar with his Blues Band, the Mesa Blues.

Jeffry McHale, C.D.T., was raised in Malibu and obtained his dental technology training in the Navy. He served on a hospital ship in Vietnam on an exteded tour from 1967 to 1970 and received an Honorable Discharge in 1971. Jeff received additional training in dental technology at the Southern California College of Medical and Dental Careers, graduating number one in his class in 1975.
Jeff has more than 30 years of experience in the fabrication of gold crowns, inlays and gold frameworks fro porcelian crowns and bridges. We are fortunate to have Jeff's expertise and experience in providing the fabrication of precision restorations. He has become a master technician in the field fo laboratory procedures for dental implants. Jeff received his Certification in Dental Technology from the National Board of Certification. He maintains continuing education for Certification and Advanced Dental Technology. Jeff is a member inthe Oragne County Dental Implant Consortium and also a member of the Southern California Osseointegration Study Club.
Jeff has two lovely daughters. Meghan and Caitlin are attending college while they work with their mother in the Cypress School Distric teaching children with autism. In his spare time, Jeff enjoys boating, fishing and being with his family.

Roger Voyer, C.D.T., was born and raised locally in Garden Grove, attending Mater Dei High School. He received his dental techonology training at Orange Coast College graduating in 1981. Prior to joining our office in 1997, Roger spent 12 years doing high quality ceramic restorations in a top South County dental laboratory. Roger is a gifted artist in aesthetic ceramic / porcelain dental crowns.
Roger and his wife Paula live in Laguna Hills and attend St. Catherine of Siena Church in Laguna Beach. They were recently blessed with their child Rachel, in September 2001. Along with enjoying their new daughter, their activities include bicycling, snow skiing and going to the beach.

Victor Rodriguez, A.A.S., C.D.T., was born in Long Beach and raised in Huntington Beach attending Edison High School. He obtained his A.A.S. degree in dental technology from Orange Coast College in 1980. Victor continued his education with a diploma in electrical engineering from ITT in 1989 and joined our staff in 1990. In 1995, he received a prestigious Mastership Credential from the American Academy of Implant Prosthodontics.
Victor is a truly gifted dental technician in the field of dentures and implant supported prosthodontics and regarded as such by his professional peers. He is active in dental technology organizations as well as the Ossointegration Study Club of Southern California. In 1996, he was president of the California Dental Laboratory Association South Counties Component. Victor enjoys attending continuing education courses and he is highly sought after as a lecuurer on dental laboratory technology.
Vicotr's recreational time includes fishing, hunting, golf and tennis. He and his wife have three lovely children - on e infant and two in grade school.

Bill Wakefield was born in Schenectady, New York and raised in the San Fernando Valley and Lake Arrowhead where he graduated from high school in 1968. In 1970, he graduated from the two-year Dental Technology Program at Riverside City College with his certificate in Dental Technology. During this tiem he also served as a member of the Naval Reserve. Following graduation from the Dental Technology Program, he served two years active duty in the U.S. Navy. During the first of these years, Bill was assigned to the Dental Department of the U.S. Naval Station on Midway Island. His second year was spent aboard ship.
Upon separation from active duty, Bill was assigned to the naval Reserve for the next two years. Bill has been working in the dental laboratory industry in Orange County since 1972. When he joined our staff in 1998, he brought with him 30 years of experience in the field, the majority of which has been as a dental ceramist. Bill has continued his training through many continuing education courses throughout the years. He provides us with exquisite porcelain laminate veneers.

Alan Wager is a true native of Orange County beign born in Corona to a Marine family and attending Santa Ana Valley High School. Alan received his dental technology training at Orange Coast College graduating in 1981. After graduation, he set his standards right at the top and started his career in a small Huntington Beach dental laboratory that catered to high quality dental offices. After just four years of experience as a dental ceramist, he had the talent and expertise to start up two new dental laboratories in Huntington Beach and Chino. Alan brings to our staff over twenty years of experience providing the very highest quality of dental porcelain restorations.
Alan and his wife have three beautiful girls in high school and junior high school. He enthusiastically supports his daughters' activities of soft ball, gymnastics, and theater group. His family enjoys camping with a Yosemite retreat each year. For exercise, he has participated in jogging, 5K races, and vigorous hiking and climbing Mt. Whitney in one day.
